By using getclaritytest.com (the "Service"), you enter into a contract with Media Value Solutions, S.L., a company registered in Spain ("we", "us"). If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is not designed for, and may not be used by, minors.
Clarity Test is an AI-powered relationship reflection tool. You complete a 40-question assessment. Then, with an active subscription, you can chat with an AI trained on your specific answers about your relationship.
It is not a licensed clinician, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, or lawyer. It does not diagnose. Its responses are for reflection and education only. Do not use it as a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
The subscription costs $19 USD per month, charged in advance. Applicable VAT may apply based on your billing country.
Your subscription automatically renews every month on the same date as your initial purchase, unless cancelled before the renewal date. We charge the payment method on file. If the charge fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending access.
You can cancel any time with one click via Account → "Cancel subscription", or by emailing support@getclaritytest.com with the word "cancel" in the subject. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we'll fully refund that charge — just email us within that window and ask for a refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days, we do not issue refunds for current or prior billing periods. You can cancel to stop future charges. This is consistent with Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), which exempts digital content services from the standard 14-day withdrawal right where you have expressly waived it by accessing the service immediately upon purchase.
By starting your subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal — replaced by our 7-day refund promise above.
If we change the subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

The AI generates text based on patterns in language and on your specific quiz responses. Its outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point for your own thinking, not as authoritative advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI outputs.
You retain ownership of what you write into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your conversations to train AI models — yours or anyone else's.
All Service content (design, text, logos, code) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law, including consumer protection rights.
You can terminate any time by cancelling and requesting account deletion. We can terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, or if we shut down the Service (with at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period beyond the shutdown date).
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you can bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Spanish consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
